The first was the least shocking: Gartner said that the surge for non-traditional roles in the digital business will be exponential within the next three years. Gartner however bewildered many with the stats that it produced: it predicted that digital business will require 50% less business process workers while the key digital business jobs will rise by a whopping 500% as compared to traditional models.
